Adhesives and Sealants

The adhesive is mainly composed of base glue, curing agent, filler, coupling agent and catalyst. With the rapid development of real estate in packaging materials, building materials and other fields, the need for adhesives is increasing rapidly. As one of the important fillers, calcium carbonate not only has a low price, but also has good compatibility with adhesives. With ideal particle size distributions and super whiteness properties, it provides advantages such as reducing the amount of binder and costs, improving the flow and mechanical properties, increasing the bonding strength, and shortening the drying time. It can accelerate the bonding process, tensile strength and reinforcing effect.
It is used as a filler mineral in cement-based adhesives such as ceramics, natural stone, limestone, decorative bricks, granite, porcelain tiles and clinker on surfaces such as concrete, plaster and screed.
Calcium carbonate improves the flow properties of sealants used as bonding materials in structures such as glass, marble, aluminum, concrete, steel and PVC, and increases the bonding strength, shortens the drying time and reduces costs.
